Ms. Restituta Raymond Nzungu is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative and Business Education, Moshi Co-operative University. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College, earned with distinction. Her expertise includes HR practices like recruitment, performance appraisal, and HRIS.
