Mr. Anthony Gikuri Nchagwa is an Assistant Lecturer who values autonomous and progressive learning. His areas of expertise include food security, food loss and waste, climate change, and cooperatives for sustainable development. He serves on the Africa Regional Working Group on Food Waste under UNEP and FAO. Proficient in tools like Power Query, SPSS, Datatab, Kobo Toolbox, and Google/Microsoft platforms, he also has several research publications.
