Sweetbeat Rweyongeza Charles serves as a Tutorial Assistant in Co-operative Management and Accounting at the Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative and Business Education (KICoB) under Department of Co-operative Education (DCE). He holds a Bachelor of Co-operative Management and Accounting (Both Accounting and Management) from Moshi Co-operative University, providing him with a strong academic foundation in member-based business models and Non member Based organization. Before joining at KICoB, he gained extensive field experience working with various Co-operative Societies, including SACCOS and AMCOS, across the Dar es Salaam and Kagera regions.

His career journey has allowed him to develop deep expertise in Accounting practice and Co-operative Management, bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and operational realities. By managing financial and administrative functions within diverse regional contexts, he has mastered the complexities of governance and financial reporting in the co-operative sector and Non Co-operative sectors , he leverages this practical background to provide high-quality instruction and mentorship, contributing to the growth of sustainable co-operative enterprises in Tanzania.
