Dr. Rwekaza is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Co-operative Business Management at KICoB, Moshi Co-operative University. He teaches institutional governance, project and business management, HR, and also engages in research, consultancy, M&E, financial management, and strategic planning. He holds a PhD in Co-operative Governance, MA in Co-operative and Community Development, and degrees in Public Administration and Education. With international training and over 24 publications, his work focuses on co-operative development and enterprise promotion.
