Dr. Paulin Paul Gahesherwa is an experienced educator and rural development specialist. He holds a Diploma in Education from Mtwara Teachers’ College and has taught at secondary schools for over eight years. He earned his PhD, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in Rural Development from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).

Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at KICoB–MoCU, Dr. Paul has previously coordinated regional outreach programmes at MoCU in Kilimanjaro and Mwanza. His expertise includes educational management, cooperative development, project planning and evaluation, gender in development, and Public-Private Partnerships.
