Gloria Nicholaus Marishamu holds a Bachelor of Co-operative Management and Accounting (BCMA) from Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). She currently serves as a Tutorial Assistant at Moshi Co-operative University, Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative Business Education (KICoB), where she supports teaching, student guidance, and research activities. Prior to this, she gained professional experience at the Co-operative Bank of Tanzania, specializing in banking operations and cooperative financial services.
