Ms. Restituta Raymond Nzungu is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative and Business Education, Moshi Co-operative University. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College, earned with distinction. Her expertise includes HR practices like recruitment, performance appraisal, and HRIS. She has internship experience at Ardhi University and Bunda Town Council, and she is passionate about teaching, institutional development, and aligning theory with real-world HR practice.
