Senior lecturer in the department of Co-operative Business Management of Kizumbi Institute of co-operative and business studies; Moshi co-operative university. His main responsibilities lie in teaching institutional governance, projects, business, human resource, and research and consultancy service. Also, he is engaged in Monitoring and evaluation, financial management, and strategic and business plan development. He holds a PhD in Co-operative Governance from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Also, he is a graduate with a Masters of Arts in Co-operative and Community Development from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Public Administration in Public Service Management from Mzumbe University, Tanzania. Similarly, he studied Diploma in Education at Butimba Teachers College-Mwanza-Tanzania. He perused Professional Certificate in Saving and Credits Co-Operative Societies Management of Moshi co-operative University, Tanzania. He has attended courses on culture media and society, global history, international business management, education and learning at Soderton University in Sweden. Also, he attended a course on the promotion of micro, small and medium enterprises in NIMSME- Hyderabad, India. He has published on local and international journals in more than twenty-four (24) publications in different areas, specifically on co-operative development
