He holds a Master of Science in human resource management and a Bachelor of public administration in human resource management from Mzumbe University respectively. Formerly he was the acting student welfare coordinator at MoCU based at KICoB. Before joining MoCU he served as human resource officer II with the president’s office – public service commission, teacher’s service department (PO-PSC, TSD) in Iringa regional office. His areas of expertise are Organizational psychology, high-performance work systems (HPWS), Industrial relations, Change Management and Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Strategic Management and New Public Management (NPM).
