Mr Ernest Watson Mwakisyala holds a Master of Arts in Information Studies of the Tumaini University Makumira (MAIS) and a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information studies (BALIS) from Tumaini University Makumira. He is currently employed as Assistant Librarian Trainee under the Department of Knowledge Management at Moshi Co-Operative University (MoCU) and his work station is Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative and Business Education (KICoB). Before joining MoCU he was employed as supervisor at Dar es salaam Convention Centre (DCC), Tutorial Assistant at Tumaini University Dar es salaam college (TUDARco), Tutorial Assistant at Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy (MNMA), Tutorial Assistant at Catholic University College of Mbeya (CUCoM) where also, he was appointed as Examination officer under Faculty of Business Administration. He has attended different trainings in areas of pedagogical training, Integrity compliance to public servant and Research writing skills. His areas of research interests includes communication and the application of ICT in information access and retrieval.
