Mr Deogratias Aikaruwa holds a Master’s Degree in Cooperatives and Community Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Moshi Uviversity College of Co-operatives and Business Studies. Currently, he is working as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at KICoB, Institute of Moshi Co-operative University. Before joining MoCU, he was working as Tutorial Assistant at Tumaini University. Deogratias perform consultancy services in the areas of Co-operative development, Business management and Enterprise development. Among the consultancies performed include Outcome evaluation and learning for income and employment for women and youth (IEWY) in the dairy sector in Hai and Siha – Kilimanjaro; Evaluation of Edible Oil Seed Program Tanzania – Singida and Dodoma; Marketing Intelligence Survey; Off Grid and Cooking Energy Systems in Kigoma; Evaluation of the Results-Based Financing for Low Carbon Energy Access Facility within Energising Development (Misungwi, Shinyanga, Kahama and Bukombe); Endline survey on rice value chain analysis – Mbeya; Business Development Consultant for MUVIKIHO Farmers Apex Organization; Provision of training on strategic and business plan development for Colleges principals from agricultural training institutes In Tanzania and Preparation of the Five Year Strategic Plan; Financial and Human Resources Policies for CHAUWAVIMU AMCOS.
