The KICoB is headed by a Director who is appointed as per the Universities Act, 2005 and MoCU Charter, 2015. The Director is the academic and administrative head of the Institute. The Director is assisted by heads of academic and administrative departments who are appointed in accordance with the provisions of the MoCU Charter, 2015. All academic and administrative matters of KICoB are forwarded to the KICoB Board for deliberation before they are submitted to the relevant University higher decision-making organs.
