KICoB and Hombolo Shinyanga Staff Strengthen Collaboration Through Sports Bonanza

SHINYANGA: Staff members from the Kizumbi Institute of Co-operative and Business Education (KICoB) and the Hombolo Local Government College, Shinyanga Campus, came together for a sports bonanza held at the KICoB grounds in Shinyanga.

The event featured a variety of sporting activities, including football, volleyball, netball, cards, darts, and draft, providing staff from both institutions with an opportunity to participate in recreational activities and interact in a relaxed environment.

Beyond promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles, the bonanza aimed to strengthen interpersonal relationships, foster teamwork, and promote collaboration among staff members from the two institutions.

The sporting activities created an opportunity for staff to connect beyond their regular professional responsibilities, encouraging friendship, teamwork, and a stronger sense of institutional cooperation.
