Mr. Deogratias Aikaruwa holds a Master’s Degree in Cooperatives and Community Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Moshi University College of Co-operatives and Business Studies. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at KICoB, Moshi Co-operative University. Formerly with Tumaini University, he has consulted widely in co-operative development, business management, and enterprise development across various projects in Tanzania. Mr. Aikaruwa also serves as the Regional Program Coordinator at the Shinyanga Regional Office, focusing on training and capacity building for co-operative organizations.
