Mr. Anthony Gikuri Nchagwa is an assistant lecturer. He is a responsible faculty who appreciates the culture of autonomous and progressive learning. He specializes in food security, food loss and waste, climate change, and cooperatives as they pertain to sustainable development. Currently serving as a member of the Africa Regional Working Group on Food Waste Measurement and Reduction under UNEP and FAO, He is also skilled in research methods, including the use of data analysis and collection tools such as Power Query, SPSS, and Datatab, as well as Kobo Toolbox, Google, and Microsoft. In addition, he has several research articles in related fields. He has headed the KICoB library department for the past six years. In addition, he has participated in consultancy and community activities involving organization development, research, and training.
