Mr. Frank Crispin Kinabo, is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Law, Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). He is also a researcher and consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B – 2015) and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Relations (LL.M – 2017) from the University of Bagamoyo (UoB), respectively. Before joining the University, Mr. Kinabo was an Assistant Lecturer at the Mwenge Catholic University (MWECAU) since 2019.
Mr. Kinabo’s areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, Law of Contract, Company law, Criminal Law, International Trade and Finance Law, Banking Law, Information Communication Regulatory Law and Tax Law.
