Idda Joseph Saera is an assistance Librarian Trainee in the Department of Knowledge Management designed at KICoB. She holds a Bachelor in Library and Information Science from University of Dar es salaam. Before joining MoCU she was employed as A tutor assistant at Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy (MNMA), and she is a Co-founder and CEO of MaishaPackage.
Idda is a transformative leader, working on social innovation and solving challenges facing youths. She is passionate about girls and women’s economic and education which made her work in different projects with UN Women, UNFPA, UNICEF and AWLN. She has attended national and international conferences focusing on information science, SDGs, economics and innovation.
