he Chancellor of the Moshi Cooperative University, Hon. Anna Makinda, who is also the Former Speaker of the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania, has conducted a visit to the Cooperative and Business Education Institute Kizumbi (KICoB) in Shinyanga. The visit was accompanied by the Chairman of the University Council, Mr. George Yambesi, and the Regional Administrative Secretary of Shinyanga, Prof. Siza Tumbo.
During the visit, the Chancellor toured various areas of the institute and later held a meeting with all staff and student government leaders. Speaking at the meeting, among other things, the Chancellor praised the efforts of the institute in developing the institution and emphasized the need to increase efforts in building infrastructure, developing staff educationally, and providing quality academic services. She also advised students to study diligently and maintain peace on campus.
